Bliss Home Care Services works closely with service providers to offer professional cleaning services to NDIS and Aged Care clients. Through our cleaning services, Bliss HCS offers green cleaning, ensuring that no harmful or toxic chemicals are used when cleaning homes. This helps keep our clients, their families and pets, our team, and the environment safe.

Before commencing any cleaning services, Bliss HCS will conduct a home assessment in conjunction with the client’s Case Manager or Support Coordinator. This helps us understand the needs of the client and their individual needs. This process helps us determine the client’s priorities, review what needs to be cleaned, the time required, and the frequency of cleaning service needed.

Our dedicated team is trained to provide a friendly service while being sensitive to the needs of NDIS and Aged Care clients. The client will always have the same cleaner, unless you wish to change or if your cleaner is away. If your cleaner is unable to attend, Bliss HCS will provide an equally reliable and professional cleaner to fill in while your regular cleaner is away.

Our NDIS cleaning services and aged care cleaning services include:

• Kitchen cleaning, including all surfaces and appliances
• Bedroom cleaning
• Living and dining room cleaning
• Bathroom, toilet, and ensuite cleaning
• Laundry cleaning and emptying bins
• Dusting and wiping furniture and window ledges, window sills, and door frames
• Disinfecting high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and disability aids
• Vacuuming all areas of the home
• Mopping all areas of the home (other than the carpet)

In addition, we can also:

• Attend to your washing or change your bed linen
• Iron clothing as needed
• Carpet Cleaning
• Tile and grout cleaning
• Upholstery Cleaning
• Spring cleaning
• Deep cleaning
• Vacate cleaning (end of lease or moving in or out)

Our team members are vaccinated against COVID-19 per current Government guidelines and every attempt is made to keep our clients, our team and the community safe.

All our team members are employed by Bliss HCS, are fully insured, undergo thorough screening, are security checked, and are fully trained, to ensure our clients are in the best hands.
