Hi Maria, Thanks so much for your email re Elsa and her services.  She has been absolutely amazing, we are so lucky and fortunate to have her.   She does an absolutely stellar job each and every time – and small things (like rinsing out the mop etc) that she does are just so appreciated.  She is always so pleasant and friendly to see and just does such a good job, we appreciate her so much.
