We have had Kim clean our house for a little over a month now.  She is just amazing.  We've sadly had some bad luck with cleaners over the past year or so, primarily a lack of reliability and punctuality - but also a little lack of attention to detail.  Kim has exceeded our expectations and we have already become highly dependent on her.  She is proactive, thorough and careful - but also incredibly friendly.  We already feel we've built up a great relationship over just 2-3 visits.  Kim is also very punctual and reliable.
